I can't find anything in his chat log confirming that racism. Do you have a larger, not cropped screenshot or video/demo proof?
For all I know, it could be some random person who changed his name to match that player's and then wrote that in an attempt to get him muted..etc.

He won't be able to, he waited until exactly a week after chats/session logs end to hide evidence. If you go look all the chat stats oldest info is 12-11-18.
