Basically he used the word "N***a" to insult someone, the guy called a vote to mute for racism and in response he called a ban vote on him. (and then called a successful mute vote).

guys this man right here is lying and i used the terms nigger for a very good reason i was pissed and this guy is spamming one same thing ded min ping or something like that and it bothers my gameplay and i'd like hmi banned from valve servers thanks guys i hope u spare me plus i roasted him a couple of times so its pretty juicy and its not his business to look into my arguements that btw i won so thanks guys and have a great day

Looks like Cream Tea got him in the server so I'll mark this resolved
