So I have attempted to convert a female pyro mod by Alaxe (https://gamebanana.com/mods/download/399723#FileInfo_1069779) and have had little success, does anyone have the files or info on how to get them to properly convert?

i have a pretty big custom folder and i wanted to know how i can play with my preferred mods

So ive been using the fempyro mod because i think its cute (this one https://gamebanana.com/mods/193793) and ive tried the verifying mods thing so that it works but every time i get off tf2 and come back i have to redo the process because if i join a skial server it instantly crashes my game...

I put them as the zip and signed them, but to no avail. I put them right at the base of custom, tell me what I'm doing wrong plz
