    ctf_haarp is a multistage Control Point/Capture the Flag map, which was submitted to and won first place in the 2009 TF2Maps.net A/D CTF and Payload Race Contest. This map was officially added to TF2 in the December 7, 2023 Patch, so no download link necessary for this post.
