stereo are the scripts in a class cfg like for example "sniper.cfg" or are they under a custom name like "test.cfg"?

Yeah, they're in the cfg folders. But some of the spy scripts that I'm trying out aren't working.

even tho this will apply the script for every class you can try this if you want. Name put the script in a cfg and name it lets say "example.cfg" after you save it go in you console and type exec example. then it should work but it will apply it to all classes and you will have to exec it every time you start up tf2
