How is it a stretch? Look at the arm angle. + The way the character is dressed. Hell, if you look up "anime girl nazi salute" on Google, that art is one of the first results.

IIRC, scout used to be faster but he was nerfed, along with the BFB being removed or nerfed as well. It's kinda weird how he was the only one nerfed and the rest remained the same.
