Many rules have been removed, modified, or expanded upon because of players suggesting changes. Ultimately, it falls upon Bottiger since he is the owner but that said, it is not left only to the staff to make changes or enforce rules.

An admin's job is to enforce the rules that are set in place and represent the community. -1 Little to no effort in the application. On top of that, you wouldn't be on just one server. You would be taking care of all of them. You would also be enforcing all the rules, not just the one about mic spamming.
