Make it so there is no team limit.

Please please please add barriers to the spawn teleports up in the skybox on Bottiger's Idle so we don't endlessly spawncamped. This has happened numerous times and no one has bothered to report it. Maybe add a rule against spawncamping too? If not that, please add barriers at least...
