Why am I getting random high ping spikes?

it looks to be a network issue on my end but none of the others in my network recieve these ping problems

That shows your internet getting clogged, not ours.

You get 1600 ping at your ip | actual ip - 0 | 60 | 60 | 5 | 39 | 1621 | 8 |.

If it was our fault, that maximum ping of 1600 would be further down the line.
