Not even close. Furthermore, I was ranked fourth at the time I quit playing on Skial Hightower. I have no idea how my position changed for the better in the time since when I've done nothing to maintain an active presence on Skial servers.

I find it astounding that I ascended to rank 3 despite being absent from Skial servers for some time.
