I have it working so its a skill issue

    New rules. Sourcebans finally replaced.

I agree except repeat offenders often repeat because they don't care and don't respect anyone elses time or energy. I rarely see people that get to 3 months not just leave or get a perma right after. You can't reason with the unreasonable.

If we are gonna do anything, can we skip 3 month mutes to permas.

It is true, but I don't like it with the new mini admins. Granted staff activity can definitely leave something to be desired. Not throwing shade, just a general observation.

    New rules. Sourcebans finally replaced.

Some of the disagreement with the rule change here might be from people who engage like this predominantly and make arguments you see from people you reasonably disagree with. I imagine that for that very reason this might not be taken seriously. I think those people should be wrangled in many...

    New rules. Sourcebans finally replaced.

That is true but also if this is just a nothing change why make it at all? All it signals is a shift in policy towards more action on these vague ideas. We can also disagree over what constitutes trolling or baiting. Also having a bunch of mini admins running around handing out mutes with a...

    New rules. Sourcebans finally replaced.

Like, admins already banned and muted people for this on discretion. I think it was better when they had to make a case for it. Now it seems if I say anything they disagree with I might get a mute because its so vague. Not gonna argue that toxicity is a non issue, but even steam doesnt really...

New Clown emoji reaction for posts

No it fucking isn't? I just wanted more variety. I don't have the time or interest to go around clown emoji reacting posts simply because a specific person posted it. I simply am not that much of a hater for anyone that isn't already banned. If someone does do that, they should probably get...

New Clown emoji reaction for posts

They are emojis! If this takes an emotional toll on someone, they should go outside more often. How threatening or malicious can someone realistically be with these? Its like crying over getting "pregnant man" reactions on discord. Silencing or neutering negativity that is grounded in...

New Clown emoji reaction for posts

What is the point indeed. Reactions are the minimum effort slop for chuds that can't be bothered to write a sentence. Seeing that this is the intended purpose, trolls will always use it to troll when they aren't feeling motivated enough to comment. Sometimes though, I want the ability to mark a...

New Clown emoji reaction for posts

Let people have fun for gods sake. Or punish them if they get obnoxious, like with everything else. Reactions are like the most harmless thing ever and you are taking them seriously? Also, I should add, I can just add a mean spirited comment instead if I were to actually ever be so inclined! So...

    New Suggestion: delete posts

-1 I LOVE BEING A CONTRARIAN RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. My actual reasoning is very simple. These posts can be written as fucking essays, you have no time pressure, and all the time in the world to consider what you want to say/not say. After the fact, while you cannot delete them, you CAN edit...

New Clown emoji reaction for posts

This is the kind of shit that gave Cream Tea like even the slightest margin of truth to what he was saying (regarding specifically over policing of speech). Why remove the ability to express negativity through an emoji? I can just comment something far worse anyways.
