Sold jarly the game "from dust" and paypal is holding the transaction right AFTER i bought two keys from man co :c
so yeah dont know if my steam account is gonna get banned or something. but i have negative balance atm
 
Just explain the situation with Paypal/Valve. I dunno about Paypal, but Valve usually understands situations like this.
 
If you have your bank account or card hooked up to paypal it should take it out of that to clear the negative balance

Well I would wait to see if it balances out when it clears. I would only worry if it gets bounced back. I have my cards and bank account hooked up to Paypal since I pretty much pay everything I do online through it.

Just say how you bought a game for a friend, then he repaid you when he got the chance. I would leave out the part about how Jarly didn't want to pay because of the fact that it costs more in Europe. Then go on saying how you used paypal to buy keys, and now Paypal is holding the transaction, etc.

I've only sold 2 Games, and they were no more than $10 each, so I just did TF2 items for them. BTW, didn't From Dust just go on sale?
