I play on the Skial 2Fort server frequently, especially late at night. I hardly ever see any admins there at that time and cheaters are numerous, I don't think I've played one session past midnight without encountering one. I have watched videos on how to catch cheaters in tf2 using spectator and am very confident in if i can tell someone is cheating.

I've realized that reporting the cheaters is practically useless because they are usually playing on a alt account. cheaters need to banned as soon as possible to not ruin other players experiences.
using the vote kick feature almost never works because people either don't care to vote or for some reason want the cheater on their team.

Like Cloptologist has already mentioned, no activity on the forums and no reports hurts. Not a fan of your "I've realized that reporting the cheaters is practically useless" take. It's not useless, it's important. Doing nothing at all because they could do this or that is the wrong mindset.

In your recent chat history on the server, you get fairly intense on accusing a player of cheating, for over an hour. So much so that you say:

the thing i bring to the table is the time that i am on the server (late at night) where i never see any admins on and my experience with spotting cheaters.

Id say that the reporting feature that is accessible via the report command is because it doesn't get rid of the cheater immediately, many players wont bother trying to evidence gather and supporting a report off platform because that's a time commitment not many want to take.

However if it takes me making multiple threads reporting cheaters with evidence on here to get admin i will start doing so. i want what's best for the players in the server.

And i think me saying i need to apply for admin and then actually doing so shows my eagerness to remove cheaters from the server.

first one is true, second one is untrue i have submitted reports via the in game command, and third I do get a bit heated when playing tf2 especially when trying to deal with short circuit engis that are setting up nest in our teams base.

Here is the thing. In-game reports are nice and all, but posting it on the forums, with the evidence goes a long way. As a lawyer once said to me, "Judges love paperwork."

Secondly, if you want people to take you seriously here and in life, use proper grammar, and punctuation.

Thirdly, If you are getting heated due to a small issue like an engie nest in your base, I would not trust you with admin commands.

Also not a huge fan of your conduct in chat. Yeah, cheaters suck, but getting angry in chat and hurling insults at other players doesn't help the situation at all. You could have made reports on the website, but you didn't.

I try to adopt the method of trying to get under the cheaters skin by insulting them if a votekick doesn't go thru for any reason. that last chat though doesn't look good at all and i appologize , i was tired and we were being spawn camped by short circuit engis and phlog pyros with vac medics ubering them.

In my opinion, simply being online and supposedly having experience spotting cheaters is not much to bring to the admin team. Do you have prior admin or moderation experience? Can you explain how you've been, or can be, able to be level-headed in serious situations? Can you elaborate how you'd handle certain situations on the server as admin that demonstrates how a different demeanor is needed?
I know it's just a 2fort server but to me these are common sense approaches when desiring to be placed in a position of power.

It shouldn't be the players responsibility to act as detective to see someone whose cheating banned.
I thought it would be made much easier to report cheaters but i guess you guys don't want to go thru the effort of inspecting reported players and banning cheaters yourself.
Its a bad system and allows many cheaters to walk away without being punished while ruining players experiences.

However i am committed to becoming an admin so if it takes recording a cheaters gameplay i will do that. i did not know this was %100 necessary before.

What system do you have in mind to replace it that does not have more problems than it would solve?

On Skial, we have different methods of preventing this exact thing from occurring that go into effect immediately upon a player being banned.
