So, here's my take on this.

Kruckraos MAY have scammed somebody. However it seems like absolutely nobody can prove it. Del Piero is trying to get Kruckraus banned with no proof (which is hilarious given what happened to Del Piero a couple months ago - some nerve). This is odd because Del Piero runs the scammer list, which requires proof for all people added to said list. And unfortunately, a screenshot with a Steam conversation from a user who is already banned from the community really doesn't count as proof. His testimony is hearsay, and doesn't verify a thing.

As for the raffle scam, this is INCREDIBLY FUCKING EASY to figure out, and I don't know why nobody's actually checking this. Look up the backpack of the user who had the buds for raffle on TF2Items. Find the buds in question, and look up the trade history. It will tell you exactly what account the buds were traded to, and when, if they were traded at all.

I can't believe that you two are arguing back and forth over something like this when you can just look up the damn trade history.
