False report of vote abuse. The vote was passed with a majority (14/6) siding with Yes.

What did he even do to have that vote get called on him?

From your clip, there is no context behind anything. It just shows the vote passing and that is all. Which has nothing to do with determining if a vote was abuse or not.

Ok Winnie, I would like you to show me the chat log and show me what he did to get muted. I was there and that vote was voteabuse.
 
I also thinking this report is involve with Winnie and his friends harassing me because this is happening past month or week of so

And yes, Zerami, you were there stating it was vote abuse. While others have reason (myself included).
I can provide the logs if necessary. The logs would provide more context. You said it was vote abuse, and another stated they were causing them a migraine.

You clearly don’t understand at all it was vote abuse and when nyx called vote so I did nothing wrong

gonna have to side with @Winnie . Keeping in mind absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Unfortunately, that cuts both ways though-especially for vote abuse. I don't think there's enough here to make a definitive ruling on. It's now a he-said she-said situation.

I wasn't gonna say anything but here i go, Ellis has been known for asking players on the DR server to ask if He can, or If others can report players he dislikes, like me for example, I merely charge to the end and choose the same minigame over and over again, or humi, and he thinks thats probable cause for a report, specifically "Griefing" But Kalashnikov Said this:

this greatly increases credibility to your own word. That still doesn’t shift the burden of proof, even if Ellis is a shit Bag in one situation. I don’t think it’s something the mods can make a ruling on without definitive proof. If he is doing that i’d like to see a Perma though.

Even though a person name kilometer got banned for abusing charger

Correction; He got a 1 day banned which even then wasnt called for, since charging wasnt agaisnt the rules in anyway, the mod who went thru with the punishment should be investigated into, he also got permabanned for being a nuisance to a specific player and telling them to off themselves.

He got banned for spamming 256 and abusing charge and yes the person who told someone to kys is the person who made 2 best Dr maps

An administrator I would like to hear from regarding this report is @Percilius.

Long time no see. If you remember who I am, I was one of the scunts (Timmy Tuff Knuckles, Zyral [Known as PomniMann] included) that you asked to stop panning in dr_lazytown back in July. I took action on your request and halted my ways since. If you do not remember, here is Timmy's ban that you enforced.

There was a report of griefing by the nature of the room when it was occurring. Though he stopped, Timmy did not and continued after the confrontation. This ultimately led to disciplinary action at the time. There has only been a suggestion to remove the frying pan of which has still not been actioned upon to this date. Nowhere in the rules does it explicitly state that panning is not allowed. Perhaps the only rule that could reach an understanding is this:
  • Don't be annoying/toxic. If you are bothering people and making them leave, you will be muted.
Timmy was not muted in the event.
My intentions are not to shed negative light on this. But rather, recognize the importance of the nature of the room in given circumstances. Reach an understanding of how interaction or communication can create irritability if mishandled.

Within this report, the same approach is used here in muting. Some players did not prefer listening to the user collectively.
You could have those who claim abuse, like the panning scouts. While those who voted Yes: (top to bottom)

Bear in mind that most of the votes are not in the forums. I do not speak for them whatsoever.
If there is an understanding that the vote was not genuine, the vote would not pass. Just like his last report for vote abuse.

My concern from this is clear. If the report becomes invalid, this will serve as a gateway for future reports to be omitted if occurrences happen again. Granting them immunity to disrespect users at will, despite the room not being capable of reaching a compromise.

To maintain the formality of the report, I will await a response from Leadership.

Ok first of all this has nothing to do with Dr lazytown because I don’t see anything on Dr lazytown

Plus panning scout spam is against the rules
