Unfortunately, this user hasn't returned in over 2 weeks. More turnover after Hawai, but they are not relevant to using slurs.
Giving them the link to this thread after the said slurs could help further prevention. Not guaranteed.
I think that after votesilencing the user should be disciplinary itself.
Making a report after the votesilence is just salt on the wound, making it 2 disciplinary actions.
That slur is already allowed. and the other slurs you listed shouldn’t be allowed. I do believe reclamation exists though its hard to tell from a VC or text player saying that shit and then claim “oh I’m a minority who was targeted by said slur therefore I’m allowed to say this”
Even if some moderation updates happen for this, I’m pretty sure people could fake it easily if they from what you said “try to prove their blackness” as pretty much as some racist mf sending a google image or ai generated picture of a black dude on their appeal forum and nobody probably would want to risk ID Verification,posting a selfie,personal info to get unbanned and free reclaim slur pass(This may also apply for reclaiming other slurs aswell, though some can be easy to prove while some are very hard to tell)
Not only that if this gets approved. Some rule breakers(and very fucked people from Death Experiments/Skial) would try to find ways and loopholes to get free slur passes and discriminate people without worrying about a ban from an admin!

Legitimately bad suggestion. Why erode standards? This reads like the excuses all the temp/perma-muted people use to explain why they “accidentally let slip some minor slurs”. Just don’t use foul language, it’s as easy as that.

Skial is open to the public so is it really a private community? I understand what you are implying however and my answer to that is while Skial.com can choose to be strict about what people can or cannot say on their servers that doesn't mean people have to like it and may not be in its best interests in the long run.
As I am writing this there are currently 50,772 players on TF2 right now but only 324 of them have chosen to play on Skial.
