I cannot, however, determine which direction Skial Leadership will pursue with this report. It is solely based on their discretion. If it serves the purpose of ownership and resolving the issue without action, I will wish for it in the interest of improving the harmony and prosperity of the server.

Some of this is spammy, some has enough of a time gap to not be spam. Don't push for rtv more than once every couple of minutes, just going to annoy everyone otherwise. I'll let it slide this time.
