I would like to preface with this: Just because he is not being reported, does not mean that this isn't a constant "thing" that has been happening with him. He has been griefing everyday for basically the past month, excluding the days he'd been banned.
What he does is just pick the same minigames over and over, every time he wins a round on any map that he likes. Which is more often than not every single round, because people either can't get ahead of him, or when they do, he just uses his Demo charge, which people can't counter unless they also play as Demo.
These clips are just from today's session in Junglemines:
Clip 1 - Picked the same minigame. It's hard to tell from the recording who made it to the end, but it was Kilo. (Which in the clip I was panicking about since I knew it was him who made it to the end---obviously dreading him picking the same minigame.)
Clip 2 - Picked the same minigame.
Clip 3 - Different form of griefing. Killbinded so there were two squares but with only one person left. We lose because of that.
Clip 4 - Picked the same minigame.
Not to mention, he's just annoying in general. I'm sure most people on DR don't like him.
Here are some screenshots of people complaining about him. I could've had a lot more, but I just stopped at one point so there aren't too many to look at.

There is so much that goes on just because people don't actually report him. It's sad. He ruins the Deathrun experience for a lot of players. Be it by griefing, being a negative influence on newer players, or by being annoying to people/everyone in general.
This is just a suggestion, but I think he should be banned permanently. It would genuinely benefit the server for him to not be here anymore.
