"Toxic" should be the subject of punishment.....not cause someone talked about your mom/dad.

we do not mute for these kinds of situations; trash talk is allowed, and we can't really moderate every single conversation people have.

toxic behaviour and extensive trash talk that could be muted for is if they start target harassing you about serious stuff (irl death threats, stalking, etc) for example.

i understand if this is bothering you so i highly recommend using the ignore command or mute their chat through the mute client from in-game menu.
