Why should you be unbanned?
This is wild and I suspect its out of retaliation for my earlier report on him which resulted in him getting muted and gagged for 3 months. Please see here: https://www.skial.com/threads/doomies-freeeddy-toxic-and-untactful-behaviour.122433/

It's very dishonest how no context is explained, that doomies has framed this as a 'nazi' song, and has conveniently only left the part of the recording in where my VC was active.

What was actually happening at the time was someone was telling a fanfic story where the characters are based in 1940's Germany. This caught everyone off guard and we were all laughing immensely in the server, so I played literally an old German song. I wasn't 'micspamming', on my soundboard, I don't even own a soundboard, and I'm not sure how this is a 'nazi' song as the lyrics have nothing to do with nazism. Please see here: https://genius.com/Genius-english-translations-herms-niel-erika-english-translation-lyrics

I know doomies posted a photo in the original thread of how its associated with nazism.

Wikipedia: "Erika" is a German marching song. Although its lyrics have no political content, the song was picked up by the Wehrmacht during World War II and is now associated with Nazi Germany.

Quora: “Erika” in NOT a Nazi song. It was written by Herms Niel in about 1930, published in 1938, and immediately picked up both by the Nazis and by the Wehrmacht. During the past decade it became part of the “network culture” as a meme, with many sites still insisting on linking it to WWII and the Waffen-SS.

I half get it truly after a couple of friends from the server reached out afterwards, and I am sorry if it broke any rules by nature, but I just think how this report has been framed is a bit calculated and an attempt to 'get one back' on me.

Okay I understand, but I wasn't micspamming and I wasn't using a sound board. It was from my phone while I was holding the v key, for about 5 seconds during the interaction that I described above. Out of genuine curiosity, what is the time 'threshold' for lack of a better word for what constitutes mic spamming?

Depends on the admin and what is played, I don't care about short and tolerable sound bites here and there (not constantly). But playing music is something we usually mute for. Just agree to not play music in vc and I'll remove the mute
