New [DR] Remove dr_office

Every time this map is picked, half the server jumps into the pit and wait for the activator for the rest of the round which takes too long.
Any change regarding the pit would do fine if it reduces the number or players intentionally falling into the pit.

The whole server would explode with only being able to grief on Ancient Memes. Will join Facility in the obituary for 2 weeks, remembered as a map we didn't actually play.
