Certain admins desperately need to be removed.
I can give you their names if necessary but I think we all know who they are.

the admins know what they're doing, they understand what people should and shouldn't be muted/banned for.
they all discuss certain reports or situations that need to be looked at in cases of needing a second opinion, none of them abuses their power.
so no, no admin needs to be removed or "reformed" as they all do their part of helping and moderating the community.
again, if you guys feel the need to contact an admin just do one of the easiest ways that can be done and file a report on the forums.
it literally sends a message to all the admins and pings them, so whoever is available will take care of the situation.
if you have discord and you're on the discord server just tag @TF2Admin and whoever is online will respond, you can even message one of them privately if you need to, by making sure they're online. here's the link in case y'all need it https://discord.gg/skial
and I'm sure not many people are friends with some admins but if they are you can reach out to them via steam messages.
admins don't have a specific spot for moderating on the servers, everyone works together on various issues across the servers.
whether its 2fort/Turbine/ZE/DR/Dustbowl/Idle/FF2/Harvest., all admins take care of all the servers, not just a specific one.
the suggestion is declined, move on. there is literally no need for a list whatsoever to put the names of these admins with their steam links, there's already enough information you need that's put out there.

yes, actually. I personally try to learn more about FF2, DR and ZE since I'm always on 2fort/PL/TR/HV
and there is a DR admin, as well as ZE admin, etc.
all of the admins came from different game modes, not just out of one specific server.

There is, indeed. However if you're talking about Sakiko she seems to only play DR sometimes.
DR is pretty much fine without admins but when it comes to new exploits it can be annoying and sometimes people won't know how to report or vote fails

In most cases when dealing with custom game modes, admins also post the evidence or link the report and ask about it if they’re unsure. So, chances are that report was discussed privately and the staff members agreed on a course of action together. That’s why you’ll sometimes see custom game mode reports take a while longer to close out.
Gotta give kudos to people for actually taking this semi-seriously and giving actual opinions, when all it was meant to be was yet another stab by a bored unemployed person with nothing better to do, yet who for some reason goes back to being an active troll every few years. Why is this thread even still open?
DR and VSH players are unwashed, LSD-fed apes when it comes to behavior. They are a whole different evolutionary breed when it comes to TF2 players, and not in the good way.

I did have a genuine concern; I really don't want to see the deathrun server die because of bad management. However, the thread did end up getting a little derailed.
I do agree that some of the servers do need more attention. I personally can't bring myself to play on the deathrun server for more than 5 minutes. But I do really encourage some of its more active members to consider applying for admin to help out instead of complaining on the forums. The reason I applied was because of the lack of moderation on the ze, ff2 and surf servers, it can really help the community to have active staff on there.
Confused where this slander of Kalashnikov not being active in the community is coming from. I see him on the dustbowl server all the time - even more than me, who practically lives there. Kalash has not only been an excellent admin but has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me even with matters in my personal life. I can't think of a single person who's a better fit for the role than he is. Possibly one of the most mature people I've ever met online as well.
You don't notice when @Kalashnikov plays on the server with you because you're banned from Skial servers until the 26th.
