You can see clearly in his logs that he has multiple disconnect and connects in short intervals, even when hes not hale.

You can tell by the logs that this User really does have internet issues. And that might have been one of those internet fails. I would say this is insufficient evidence to ban the user.
It's absurd, ngl. Since i reported someone that ADMITTED to retrying on purpose as hale and they didn't get banned.

EDIT1: The time gap between the disconnect and connect makes retrying very unlikely.

He also doesn't mention the very moment i rejoin, i'm immediately apologizes and rant with how garbage my internet connection then move on to play the server.

And guess what after this ban is taken, I missed 2 Berlin and Pokemon (my top 5 map), and the dude is just saying lol instead apologizing?, can someone call the admin who ban me here

If you can consider using an Ethernet cable to connect to the router. Something may be interfering with your Wi-Fi.
