Hey.I don't know theres right place or not but i need some help about paypal i live in turkey and i using prepaid card(MasterCard).Paypal Doesnt accepts my card so i cannot active and i don't want give my adress.Can u guys help me?
 
Does nobody know a way to help this fella? Are prepaid Mastercards supported by PayPal? If so how can he activate them?
 
I don't think you can load prepaid cards into Paypal anymore. If you want to get cash in, you need to Google a service that will let you exchange prepaid cards for Paypal.

Ive had a prepaid card on paypal for almost 4 years now lol. If they happen to have GreenDot prepaid in turkey, those work on Paypal. If you want to verify an account, most GreenDot card websites allow you to view routing number and account number. Use that to get verified.

All I can say in advice, is check the website for the card and see if they list direct deposit information. If you find it, use the routing number and account number like it was a checking account and verify it with paypal. You dont necessarily need the actual CC number.

You might be able to add the card once you are verified.
 
I pay no fees. I get direct deposit onto the card so no fee for refill. I deposit over the minimum of $1000 a month so no monthly fee either. Completely free to have and use card.
 
Thanks for helping but at turkey there's no Greendot card.I'm using card named Cep-t Paracard we tryed many times but it doesnt works

You can sell without having a bank account or credit card.
I never added money to PayPal. I only send it to my bank once I make some good profit.
