Video looks like two or three flame throwers are burning hale. Wabbit only gets the assist - not sure why only he was reported and not the other pyros. Hale doesn't disconnect and red team still gets the honor of seeing hale die. So, sure it might be an exploit, but it didn't affect the outcome or lead to unfair gameplay. Also looks like Wabbit is being singled out and so I'm leaning towards marking this invalid or giving a verbal warning this time. I will discuss with the other admins if we should ban in the future for this scenario.

You sure like to cut corners on him, punish all other pyros too then. I'm starting to see you guys give him a lot of favouritism.

Many people have been banned in similar cases regardles of the outcome, but because its your dear friend wabbit you're leaning towards invalid.. come on now. ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°)

Look at his ban record and you will see that there is no favoritism. As I said, I am showing this scenario to the other admins so that we can make a fair decision.

When only one person is reported out of a group of people, it looks like that person is being targeted. That is one reason, in addition to this being a minor offense, as to why I prefer a warning this time.

I'm amazed. If I reported any of the other pyros instead of wabbit im sure it would've been resolved with a ban instantly (like every exploit report ever). But now surely you will follow suit and give verbal warning in this offense for every single player going forward too. It's only fair, no?
 
Funny how when i caught you doing this @Sudsy you was rather attacking and arguing with me regarding it, But i am glad you agree this is a exploit tho hale dies and perhaps don't do it again in future.

As for the person in the report its a issue with a few of CT and other maps that need fixing or removing the pyro weapon completely.

Yes, I forgot to mention, you actually said it yourself. So you agree it's an exploit, but prefer to bend the rules for wabbit. If this isn't favoritsm idk what is. And you have it wrong, you warned me about it in office, where hale in-fact cannot die from it due to the scaled HP. Yet in supermarket you mentioned "See it can kill hale", which i was baffled at your lack of knowledge as an admin who is supposed to pass judgement on these things.

You even lashed out at me for being one of the people who "complain" about people not getting warned first. wow.
 
And as you recall you got a warning instead of a instant ban which you are demanding for this person maybe you was being favortised by me who knows. Now there is no discussion on the subject as i told you if spotted it be ban hammer.

They was also handled by the admin above after discussion.

Difference is, in my case. let me quote "So, sure it might be an exploit, but it didn't affect the outcome or lead to unfair gameplay." as @Kalashnikov. himself said.

At least we are moving in the right direction :)
 
Alright, spoke to the other admins and I will share some thoughts that come up. This is considered an exploit, but minor, and we can give warnings or ban depending on the circumstances. Sudsy, it looks like you were given a warning in the past for a similar scenario. Wabbit is getting a verbal warning, and not a ban for this instance. One reason is that the demo shows that he only got the kill assist, not the primary kill. Another reason is that it looks like he is being targeted - why report him and not the others like the pyro that actually killed hale? If this happens again, we can issue bans.

It shouldn't matter who I report. Rules are rules. As I've been told. It already takes enough effort to make one report. You can deny any favoritsm you want but I think it's pretty clear, especially after this.

Targeting is a hilarious excuse to bend the rules. I'll take a ban fairly. You as admins can do your job and punish anyone seen in the clip breaking the rules, or not, in this case.

Regardless you made your decision and I truly hope you stick through it and no longer instantly ban clueless new players (cuz that sure as hell aint gonna keep em coming back). <3
