Why should you be unbanned?
from what im looking at, i was previously banned for "aimbot" (which is reasonable) and was unbanned, but now it says "New ip from banned STEAMID"?

You were never unbanned. Your IP changed and a new entry was made to make sure that you stay banned.

You weren't actually unbanned. Your ban updated when your IP updated.

Skial doesn't ban cheaters.
