I believe he is using bunny-hop cheat.
The moment after i start suspecting him starts at 4500 ticks when i am trying to catch him and he jumps away gaining Huge speed strafing. On spectating in the 1st person t’s almost immediately noticeable that this is a script. I made a long demo for a better review.

Hello im MrFailsALot!

After watching your video i can undertsand why you suspected me of bhopping because from you're prespective it looks very shady.
I just recently learned how to bhop properly and decided to give it a try, and i realised myself that im better at bhopping than before. I Didnt expect for people to think that i was cheating, but i must say seeing youreself from someone's else prespective is really cool!

I have made a Ban Appeal for the Skial Modderators.
here's my appel:

Edit: I forgot say that i binded my Mouse down scrollwhell to jump so thats how ive been jumping so smoothly.
and i must ask, have tried bhopping? because from someone's prespective whose never tried it might make it look like cheats.

With the combination of me strafing and you shoting me from my right resulted in me getting a huge speed boost.

I forgot to mention that i binded my jump to my Mouse downscrollwhell, thats why i was constanly making small hops there.
