No weapon should be banned from Skial servers unless it causes server bugs or other problems of that kind.
It's not Skial's job to balance TF2 as a game, it's Valve's job. If you want changes made into the game itself, send your feedback to TF team and maybe someday someone will read it. Although I highly doubt that they'll just remove the weapon from the game.
