Why should you be unbanned?
I'm unaware of when someone used my IP to cheat in the server, but all I know is that I've played on the skial servers for many years, and never have once been muted, kicked or banned in that time. If there's something I can do to fix this could I get some info as to how?

It has been 5 months since the last connect so I'm inclined to believe it wasn't you and you just got unlucky with a reassigned IP address

True it wasn't me. I talked about it with the one person that shares my internet connection, and he told me that he in fact was banned from skial and never told me. His account was named Carson so it makes sense. I unadded him on my steam account because of this.

Yeah I know thank you for stating the obvious. I unadded him after I found out that he was the one who said those things on the server. I interrogated the person I live with about this ban, and he revealed to me that he in fact was responsible for talking about sensitive topics a few months back, so I unadded him from steam. Note that I barely interact with him and I forgot he even was on my friends list to begin with.

Ok and? I am not responsible for other people's choices they make. Me knowing someone who shares a living space with me, plays tf2 on the same internet provider as me, and I added on steam way back when doesn't mean that I should be held accountable when I decide to distance myself from them.

Barely played skial throughout my nearly 10 year history on this game, but decided to hop on one because of boredom only to be banned thanks to him, so nah. Plus admins being unhelpful really doesn't make me want to play on your servers more often, so take that into consideration :)
