Why should you be unbanned?
Heyo, I got automatically permanently console banned while I was playing spy.
As I was playing, I backstabbed someone and quickly turned around which then got me banned by the console automatically.

The websites ban reason only tells me "SMAC NX1", which I don't understand what it means.
 
That means you were caught by the anticheat system.

We do not remove cheating bans.
 
We do not discuss what the anticheat does or does not detect. This is to prevent cheaters from finding ways around detection.

What I can say is that, without a doubt, it detected that you were playing in a way that is not humanly possible without 3rd party cheats and/or illicitly modifying the game to give you an unfair advantage.

You’ll have to play somewhere else.
