I was unjustly banned because my words were misinterpreted and, taken out of context, may have been dubious, but in reality I have nothing to reproach myself for. I did say "n1" to a player who killed me in spectacular fashion while we were in the middle of a large-scale soldier's duel, and I congratulated him on the shot he made. He airshoted me during our skirmish on 2fort, and it was a playful fight, no ego nor toxicity between us. Then I made a joke about the fact that n1 could have mean the n-word (if I was toxic + if I was mad about the outcomes of the duel, which I wasn't). AND THAT'S IT. I play a lot on the server and I see this player a lot too, I have great respect for the players I encounter all the days and he clearly understood it was a joke because HE IS NOT THE ONE WHO REPORTED ME. Why? Because of CONTEXT.

Players commonly use “n-“ “ni-“ “n1”and other modified forms of racial slurs to bypass the filter. In your chat logs, it looks like that’s what you intended to communicate. The way you spoke also appears like it could be baiting racism.

Yes but WHY would I say it again as I've been struggling for a year to be unmuted ? This would be so stupid.

I am being completely honest with you, I won't ask to be unmuted if I know it was deserved, but this time I swear to god I HAD NO INTENTION TO SAY IT. This idea of "n1" being interpreted as the nword came a few seconds after I said NICE ONE to the player who I was fighting on the server, I really meant as a joke with no intention to even be toxic at this moment.

It was a playful moment I had with the other player and he clearly understood I wasn't being toxic though we kept of fighting respectfuly.

Last time I got muted on the server were deserved and I never tried to argue about it because I knew I was in wrong, but this time I am not at all, I am really surprised of the outcome of this because it's a quiproquo.
 
You can even check the logs where you could see (I suppose) that the message I sent (the "n1") was right after being killed by the player, and if possible, if you have access to this information, you'll see that I am not lying about that. IDK if skial keeps record of this, but this message clearly wasn't meant to be interpreted as that and only after sending it I thought about this joke where it could be interpreted as the nword.
But I wrote that as a joke because it was obvious I wasn't mad, I just wanted to make this "obviously fake" in a sort that in kinda denounce the possible toxicity of players having their ego hurt when dying ig like I did, but as I told you IT WASNT THE CASE.

I don’t care what the reason is, don’t make these kinds of jokes anymore.

I’m willing to give you a last chance, but I need to see some acknowledgment on your end that you own up to this and will not make jokes or anything edgy in the future.
