My name is Dr Heinz Doofenshmirtz , SteamID 76561198118281129

I was banned on 08-30-23 00:36 AM with the reason being "LINKED: New STEAMID from banned IP", although I have never cheated on TF2. I would like to appeal and have the ban removed.
