Why should you be unbanned?
Not vote abuse. Myself and a bunch of other players on the ctf_2fort US 2 server were trying to vote kick one player who was making racist and pedophilic comments, but he kept leaving and rejoining before the vote went through. Hello, you and four other players were observed vote-kicking/silencing someone for killing friendlies.

From the rules: "Votekicking people who kill friendlies is not allowed."

You made a report claiming the person was making racist and pedophilc comments over text and voice. I do not see any evidence of such claims in his text logs and have yet to see any such evidence for his voice logs.
 
I am aware that vote kicking players for killing friendlies is not allowed. It is stated in no unclear terms both on this website, and on the servers in-game. If I had a problem with someone killing friendlies, I would switch servers. I would also not attempt to vote mute them as that would fix nothing. However I have no problem with players killing friendlies considering that I do the exact same thing sometimes. If you have evidence suggesting that I attempted to vote kick him for that reason, I would be happy to review it with you and make efforts to avoid another misunderstanding like this in the future.

As for the report, if by saying that you have yet to see any such evidence for his voice logs you mean to say that you have not finished reviewing them, then any ruling made on the subject is invalid. The reason I said that he was making those comments in text chat was that I heard him making said comments over voice chat, and had assumed that he was making those comments in the text chat as well, because he was talking through text chat beforehand and I had also heard other players mentioning it before he began to speak in voice chat.

While I do apologize for my mistake, in the future it would be the better course of action for you to finish your investigation before deciding that someone is either innocent or guilty of something.
 
Mate, what evidence? Not a single demo or recording is shown, and the admins don't magically have blackbox recordings of everyone speaking.

Your story isn't adding up. The logs show that people were complaining that he was killing friendlies and were taking turns trying to vote-kick/silence. You said there was evidence of him making racist/pedo comments in text logs, and I don't see it yet.

You can sit this silence out, it's only for a day and will end in a few hours.
