Most of your rules are pretty fair and straightforward I'll agree, aside from not being able to voice opinions about mods or mod actions in chat. Banning LGBT+ and racist slurs is fine and dandy but when you start going down that slippery slope of banning dissenting opinions it can create a culture of fear of people who won't want to report an admin they feel are abusing power, or suggesting any changes to the rules. It causes a very authoritarian vibe to be presented and that I feel can drive the player base away. I had made a report on Kalashnikov but that got denied immediately and then he privated his Skial profile.
Micspamming and votekicking/gagging/banning people are not what I'm here fighting for, and Kalashnikov believing those are my reasons shows just how out of touch he is with the community he moderates. Him brushing off the people he's muting, even if their innocent, as saying that they can just appeal the ban / mute also shows that he just doesn't care enough about the community either. Instead of moderating in a fair and just manner he would rather them forever have a stain on their ban/mute log that can influence further bans/mutes, which is just frankly unfair.
I'm not going to justify my actions while interacting with the person who was calling other people LGBT slurs, and called me a dog fucker, as they were done out of poor intentions to make fun of a bigot. However I will offer a suggestion, even though I know this is the incorrect forum I'll make a post later in the correct forum, why don't you add the LGBT slur to the automod? As a gay person myself, I don't get offended by the usage of the term, but clearly others do so it might be worthwhile to look into if you want to keep Skial "clean".
