There are 3 good reasons why this should be done

1. It's mostly 100% scouts picking the minigames during free runs on easy and rushable maps
2. Mostly people just choose this class just to rush through maps i mean i can see 6 scouts rushing fast to the end on ancient memes or any rushable map
3. Some traps on deathrun maps cant even kill them because of its fast speed

I think if the scouts speed got nerfed to the same speed as the other classes(Not heavys speed) it would be more fair.

If it was an issue as you claim it to be in #1, shouldn't all, if not most have made it without any issues? If it was tons of scouts making it every single time I could see an issue with that, but so far you've only shown that non-scouts survive more often than scouts which acts as counter-evidence for #3.

Nerfing their speed to match other classes would 100% piss off most of the DR community, which while hilarious would most certainly harm the server.
