Why should you be unbanned?
I got banned because of the r_drawothermodels exploit, fair enough, but after that I got unbanned for some reason and shortly thereafter took what appears to be an automatic ban, the name is "LINKED: New IP from banned STEAMID" I'm told that this it happened by mistake and I just needed to make a ban appeal, many people received the same ban as me and were unbanned, they were even banned on the same day as me. And I don't use VPN.

But my ban was not for Cheating but for Exploit.
Claiming that my ban was for cheating is claiming that I used third-party programs, when I just used something that was in-game and has already been fixed.

Cheating is using any unfair advantage.

I don't think the "r_drawothermodels" command gives you many advantages, since it fails more than it works, most of the time it makes all players invisible, you can test this if you want, it's more advantageous to use the thirdperson command from the server than that the "r_drawothermodels" for example.
I used the command on the console and immediately deactivated it, but even so I was banned, I wasn't even going to use it, if I remember correctly the map was badwater.

Whether you used 3rd party software or forced modifications on to the game, your intent was still to gain and play with an unfair advantage. We call this cheating.
