Invalid TF2 Appeal: The Sex Man

  • If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.
Zero evidence, person who submitted "previous evidence" when though all the effort of taking said evidence from a perm source (aka screen shot stored on valve servers forever) to uploading it to a temp third part website. As far as Im concered this has been done to falsify evidence for whatever reason (fine whatever make up evidence to get someone banned for some dumb agurment or whatever its just a game blah blah) what is not okay is a false pedophile accusation ESPECIALLY one thats linked to personally identifiable information. As far as im concered this is CRIMINAL slander. As Links are dead and are no use to anyone I request that the preivous thread is removed as people who reverse search my steam ID may find this thread and presume the worst behaviour such as grooming minors when I might at most, if even, told a joke or said something to russle someones feathers (nothing accually pedophilic). This is no longer a game nor is it its moderation this is now illegal slander with zero evidence with some of the worst allegations you can bring against a person EVER. Do what you want in regards to unbanning/banning however I request that you respect the law whilest doing so, if you can find chat logs where I tell I joke/trolling/antisocial behaviour that is unacceptable to your terms and service and wish to keep me banned this is understandable but I request said logs be added to the OG thread, purely for context, if deletion is not deemed acceptable to you (though I am formally asking you to remove this thread/make it unsearchable/private as I view this as illict slander)
 
Utter Bullshit, the only thing iv ever played over tf2 mic thats even remotely close to this was the "I justed wanted to play monopoly" youtube video.
. composed entriely of adult voice actors, one pretending to be younger, as is obvious to any adult with a working brain.. as far as I remember iv only ever played this over casual and way before 2022

Sure it sounds weird which is the point of mic spam trolling but does this warrant ban? Thats completely up to the server staff and rules and any outcome revoking access to your services is completely with your rights but does it warrant a slanderous thread calling me a pedophile with dead links attached to my steam account? FUCK NO; your description of events and accusations have been extremely hyperbolic, misconstrued, haphazardous and immoral to the point of maybe being illicit. You really need to rethink the way you present evidence and what you accuse people of in the future as I am consdiering contacting server hosts and maybe local law enforceemnt agencies regarding slander should the now evidenceless and hyperbolic thread not be removed/privatised/made undiscoverable to the public..

Even if it’s an adult pretending to be a minor, the idea of pedophilia can still be communicated through the acting. Players have no way of knowing the age of people on the other end of the mic. You can’t just assume that everyone in the server won’t be disgusted and assume it’s not pedo content.

This monopoly video you posted is disgusting. It jokes about a young girl inviting her friend over to her "daddy's" house and going into the bedroom. "Don't you think she's pretty?" It's clear that the adult actors intended to communicate pedophile ideation.

The fact that you think this kind of content is appropriate and funny to play on the servers tells us that you have extremely poor insight and judgement.

This kind if crap is not allowed on the servers and we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any kind of pedophilia.

You do realize there’s police stings for pedophiles that use adult actors pretending to be children and all of them get charged? Look at “To Catch a Predator “. The pedophiles try to use the same excuse to get out of being charged.

I assume you find it funny, but we don’t. It’s all about intent, and if you took five seconds to think about it you would realize that it’s pretty disgusting.
