You're connecting to a server that is located on the other side of the planet from you, of course you're going to have a bad connection... VPN doesn't help that. That's why the owner of skial literally told you to join skial servers that are located closer to your location.

ehhh about that vpn thing.... it didn't worked at all and two I am on EARTH and the server is from EARTH and 3 the latency server doesn't tell me the RIGHT PING it shows me FALSE PING do you understand that

Anycast network doesn't do well with tf2 server browser, you can either have accurate server browser pings or a very bad ddos protection, pick your poison.

The server regions are clearly labeled in the server name. You can only blame yourself for not reading where you are connecting
