Will you get mad if you lose admin? Of course not i would just like to help out in the server i enjoy playing in.

I was an admin for a now defunct jailbreak gaming community in CS 1.6 around the years of 2011-2015, so I'm very familiar with most commands in regards to banning, gagging, etc. It's just the prefix that is different. In 1.6, we used AMX, but here on TF2, it's SM. The server itself really never has its bad actors; it's pretty tame, and everyone pretty much knows each other. It's usually just the occasional mic spammer and/or delayer. Feral isn't on all the time, though, so when these people do happen to be breaking the rules, there's no one to slay or gag them if there is no one with votemenu on. Feral does an amazing job, she's been the only admin for a few years now, carrying the server on her back. I look forward to your responses :)

Nobody seems to report them either, if you want to help you can start by doing reports when an admin isn't online

I wouldn't say i refuse to report people i just end up not saving their names thus i cant go through with the report. I was planning on reporting someone the other day i even told feral but i forgot the dudes name and there is no demo feature on this website to look at past games.
 
Recently played with people are under the friends tab in steam if i recall > Recently played with. You also should have a demo with evidence or nvidia 5 min record as options.

There is no reason you cannot find this information even possibly now, But till you post some reports ill hold off with my vote
 
I’m going to be honest, I don’t really think you should be an admin if you “hold” info because it makes you and the server look bad when you don’t report on your “friends”. I used to be like that when it comes to that but I know that becoming admin also requires you to report everybody who is breaking the rules, even your friends if they break it. Its a tough pill to swallow, but you gotta report people if they break the rules. Until you begin doing that, I don’t think you should be an admin if you can’t report people; especially your friends.

this isn't a big complaint of mine, but hinders your chances of being admin material.
he yells and swears a lot on mic and it doesn't come off as professional in the vsh server.
