Detailed Explanation
There was a mass crash-to-desktop for all users except one at 2:00 AM (EST) today. No collectable evidence on my end that could've caused this. Unsure where to look to help provide information to diagnose this issue.

How often does this happen? Unfortunately if the client crashes, there's is not much information we can get. The server can't access the client's crash data.

Out of my entire career playing on Skial this is the first time I've witnessed such a thing. I've tried accessing my Event Viewer but nothing was displaying for the crash.
Just thought I'd mention that it happened and I apologize for not being able to provide more data.

All I know is that it was a mass sudden crash-to-desktop for all users except for one during that time.
