PoomBa has made this particular joke several times over the last few months; this is just the one I was present for. The intent of the joke is to shame its target for changing to a pick class. As it equates this with changing genders, the joke also shames trans people for transitioning. That's the punchline: "swapping to a pick class is just as bad as being trans". Idleside and Scrambles understood that, too, which is why they started telling their own transphobic jokes after PoomBa told his.
