This started when he was asking "you got dark skin?". Some were not easily convinced of what he was referring to, as he could have mentioned a black paint (for a cosmetic), or trading something relating to one, but I knew what he was about to say during then.

Obviously speaking in a racist tone saying he "hates black people" and "they're scum", etc.

He left the server 13 minutes after he joined in.

Can you post it here, maybe he doesn't show in our stats because Mentle institution is not run by us but a streamer called Mentle, he also handles the sourcebans of that. This person you reported is already muted on all other servers for 3 months

Sure.

I also have a .dem file, if that helps? Though, I should warn that the .dem only is recorded a few minutes or less before the user left the server.
