Lots of people joke and say they're hacking. But, it is not encouraged and definitely a dumb thing to say.

If a person was suspected of cheating, had a VAC ban on their account, and then said it - it could be used against them. In this case, it looks like the person is joking.

As for "yaggot," Snowman is referring to another player's name. For now, this is not being used in a homophobic context.

Joking about hacks isn't allowed last I checked, not to mention there was 0 clear indication he was joking.

I know who yaggot is and nobody claimed it was homophobia. He sent a large amount of messages, repeating the same message, in a short period of time which is spam.
