Ok, I watched these segments on 1x, .5x, and .25x speeds and I'm not seeing enough on my end to be 100% convinced that he is cheating. Looks like he could be really good. Maybe he cheats, but I'm not convinced with this. I'll leave this open if other admins want to weigh in... perhaps they will see things differently.

Not to be rude, but other than spin botting, what would a cheater look like to you? When he toggles, his aim snaps perfectly onto people, then it snaps back to where his crosshair was before he toggled, and this happens within a few milliseconds. He does this on pretty much every kill and It's impossible to do without cheats.

I didn't see anything like this in that video, he is not interp abusing as that is locked to tf2 default on all servers, high ping leads to facestabs or just general hitbox schenanigans

I definitely agree with you, he appeared to not be intperp abusing, but his ping was normal. My reason for reporting him was he was using Aimbot, not Interp abusing. If you look closely at his stabs and butterknifes, you will see his aim locking onto people at impossibly fast speeds. I even compared his stabs to Klowns backstabs in the "(TF2) Response to people who think ★witch★ is not cheating." video, at 0:46-0:57.
 
Late reply, sorry for dragging this out.

The cheater himself actually just admitted to me on my profile he was cheating and I have screenshots of it.
At this point you guys should consider changing the thread to resolved, because it is.
