Why should you be unbanned?
I'm sorry about bragging about my mutes in the discord, and i promise i wont do it again. but i was perma muted for "racism" without any evidence provided. i asked multiple times for video evidence or photos of me allegedly saying these things to be provided and they refused to provide it. cause there's none cause i haven't been racist on skial. the couple vote mutes ive gotten which label racism were false mutes on the surf server by trolls. which i refused to try to appeal with them only being thirty minutes each, once again I apologize for bragging in the discord and its something i take full responsibility for and will not ever do it again, but this gag and mute were unjust and no true evidence was provided for their claims aswell as claiming i lied in my appeal. i did not lie in my appeal, i said i no longer say racial slurs or be a racist cunt, how is saying ive been muted 40 times for racism lying in my appeal and "racist"? they changed they reason half way through in an attempt to save face but ive taken screenshots of my appeal before they changed it. unlike them i have evidence

Not proof alone for racism but not looking very good as this person is a regular with 2000 hours that has never broken the rules, he is a bit more trustworthy than you. That's why I edited the reason

"over two years ago i was muted and gagged permanently. i had a long history on here of racist language, first let me say that i am sorry for the words ive spoken. over the past couple years ive turned my life around, i have sheared my racist coat off myself and have gotten a completely new view on life and people. i know my history here is long and the words ive said are rotten, i just ask to be given a second chance. given how long its been since my gag and mute."

After that you've been on and off on our discord bragging about your racism mutes and telling people you got muted for "freedom of speech" very much contradicting every bit of apologetic behavior in your ban appeal

Combining all of these factors together shows a pretty clear picture of you lying in your ban appeal + I'm 99% sure Caligula muted you for exactly what he said in chat but as there is no video evidence of that I gathered your discord logs to further back it up

1. how is saying he had 11 prior convictions racist? second anyone can go and say that shit and claim its somebody. i want to see images or video of me saying that. which you have yet to provide. doesnt matter if hes trustworthy he doesnt have any images or video to back this allegation
 
yes i was bragging about my mutes and it was wrong, but i havent been fucking racist i havent said slurs i havent made any racial jokes or shit.

wont let me post it here for some reason but i want this revoked. im not being racist and what i meant by freedom of speech was bragging. since it doesnt state in the rules that it isnt allowed. i want this to be voted on by every admin and mod not some single low ranking one whos acting as judge jury and executioner
 
nothing i said was racist. nothing states that bragging wasnt allowed. i never lied about my appeal since i havent done any racist things since, you changed the reason midway through when i asked you for evidence, and yet insists on believing one guy who fails to bring any evidence but his word
 
Let's address the "US constitution" This is a miss conception by most Americans this goes everywhere bomshell for you "NOPE" you wave those rights at the boarder and at your computer screen as quite frankly everything on the internet is private and run by firms they have the right to refuse your "Rights" and access to "services" from some old paper written long ago if they wish, And is the same as private businesses in America can tell you to go away, Tresspass you and call the cops.

Looking at your ban history you have at least 1 month and should of had a few more leading to a perm ban which you did get.

This last one covers you and your access with skial.

Please take time to read your comcast providers TOS and abide by them.

even so. i shouldnt be perma muted for bragging. atmost it should be a month not a fucking perma mute.

look. bragging was wrong for me to do. but almost all i play on tf2 is skial. can the mute not be permanent? ive kept my word on my appeal and havent been racist, i havent said any slurs or anything to that extent. i fucked up by bragging but that should not just a permanent mute/gag
