Declined Get HankusTheTankus unbanned from the forums so he can report again

My question is for who ever is seeing this an admin or a moderator. please unban HankusTheTankus from forums. He told me he is sorry and I think he deserves another chance to report people.

He was already given a second chance personally by one of the admins and he fucked it up a couple months ago. He was unbanned specifically so he could post reports and he couldn't help himself.
