Declined Betting is broken please fix it

It was disabled because almost nobody used it and the few that did didn't know how to cancel their bets and spammed posts wondering why they were missing credits

Betting was removed as it has many bugs, loses credits when there are issues and as a result causes more drama then it was worth / Time to spend repairing the code
