Pardoned TF2 Appeal: Munch2201

im also slightly confused at to the timing of the ban as i had been off the server for hours when the ban happened. i seriously cant remember calling a vote even hours before i left the server either. it had to have been at least 2 hours without me voting before i got off. i am almost positive that the ony votes i called were a crit on cap vote really early in the night and a vote mute for a user playing music in vc.
 
Admins are not always available to deal with a report immediately. We issue the punishments when we get to them.
 
what entails vote abuse? im seriously confused as the why i have a week long comms ban for vote abuse?
 
oh i found out the reason of my ban looking at reports. the person i call the vote kick on was spaming audio backwards.
Any other information
I observed and noticed that this foreign player, user id #2236 and his unique id of U:1:220123687 during last night's game was just trying to play his game. Munch decided to try and vote kick him out w/o success. As you'll see in the demo and Munch's chatlog, he calls him out for sounding like this guy is retarded by by the way he used his mic. (though he doesn't converse in english) \
it wasn't a foreign language its was english audio that was been played backwards on loop. he had been spaming audio for a while before i started a kick for spam.
granted i should'nt have been a dickhead to him but the votekic was entirely because he was soundpad spamming. other users commented on the broken audio. im not to sure but i am sure a remember other people suggesting that someone should issue a kick i was the the first person the issue the kick.

i really want to re-iterate that the user wasnt speaking a foreign language but rather spamming backwards audio
 
I honestly can't tell if he just has a terrible mic or if he is playing an audio clip because of how quiet the volume is.

But I can say you're an asshole.
