I never understood the point of making bigger, more complicated doors when Minecraft's default doors work fine.

It seems like learning all the properties of redstone would be about the same amount of time required to become an electrician.
Minecraft is used to study Electricity, and the spontanious explosions of green creatures.

I have a 175 IQ and I can't figure out redstone devices. Except for powered rails, but powered rails are nice and straightforward.
Another problem I have here. When would you ever need a 4x4 piston door when minecraft characters are 1x2?
