enabling cap at 3 players mostly so that there's 3 reds with perma mini-crits so they can try to salvage a win by taking hale out (red capping is just not an option on most maps because the cap time is too long for red to sneak a cap behind hale's back)
Lastman outline got removed for some reason (not in the discord server, so i can't see the actual reason behind it's removal, if it even had one) and now the dead reds have to tell hale where the last man is on larger maps because searching the entire map can take well over a minute, and people would rather have the round end sooner than watch hale cover an entire map just to find the last red player remaining. so instead of outlining the last man, outline the last 3 remaining reds (to go with enabling the cap with 3 reds left, if that doesn't get approved, outline the last 2 remaining reds instead) so hale knows where the last remaining reds are.

I think 2 is fine. And the outline being removed was a bug in vsh2 when I tried using a feature that wasn't working.

It's almost impossible to cap with only 2 reds; only really on cinema can it be done. Three people being able to cap, or at least 2 people capping while one is fighting hale I think would bring for some interesting strategies. Outlines on 3 or 2 reds might be a bit much, but I think it would be a great idea to bring that first change. But keep the mini crits for only the last 2 reds
